All of the Mäder Group's resin production is carried out at the Killwangen site.
The plant's production capacity is 5,000 tonnes per year.

There are three production units:

• 1 very flexible unit for producing small and medium quantities:
  • a 3,000-liter reactor
  • a 5,000-liter reactor
    
    
• 1 new semi-automatic unit for medium and large quantities:
  • a 6,000-liter reactor
  • a 12,000-liter reactor
    

• 1 new unit specialized in low-temperature polymerization
  equipped with 3 variable-capacity reactors that can hold up to 5,000 liters

The laboratories

Three specialized development labs carry out the Group's research activities for specific resins market:

- Killwangen :

• Radlab: development of radiation-cross-linking resins
• Resin laboratory
  

- Mery-sur-oise : GTI process, specialized in molecular grafting
